went vintage shopping with a bunch of friends recently- it was a lot of fun!
i bought three things: the texas chainsaw massacre poster (my room has so many posters where tf am i going to put this omg) , this cute butterfly bag:
and these earrings!
i feel so incredibly lucky to have found the earrings, since i've seen them online and my friend has a similar pair. i guess a strawberry girlie lost her wings 💔
i've gotta admit that i did enter the store aiming for clothes, though, so maybe i wasn't so lucky in that regard. there was a super cute pair of embroidered jeans that i really wanted, but sadly they were just not built for the ass or credit card of an actual human woman. and i found a lace cami which upon inspection was for A TWELVE YEAR OLD, and vintage sizing at that. oh well...
all the stores i went to:
- shag melbourne (very expensive but you occasionally find gold)
- stupid vintage (billie eilish goes here when she comes to melbourne)
- vinnies (nuff said)
- salvation army but only for like ten seconds, it was rly shitty and no one bought anything
- storehouse thrift (my beloved)
- chapel st bazaar
